Test Plan:
Docking Test
Purpose:

Testing moving a toolbar docked in a window.

Test procedure:
  1. Run the project.
  2. Create some toolbars with items.
  3. Keeping docked, move them around in the window.
Initial Conditions:

Compile project at %EIFFEL_SRC%\examples\docking\docking_control

Expected result:

Tool bar movement is well handled.
