Long title

Purpose:
Testing long title can be correctly displayed.
Test procedure:
- Run the project.
- Focus on Tool #3.
- Modify all titles of Tool #3 in Attributes tab of Control Panel as "verylongtitleverylongtitleverylongtitleverylongtitleverylongtitleverylongtitleverylongtitleverylongtitleverylongtitleverylongtitleverylongtitleverylongtitle"
- Click Apply Changes.
- Dock Tool #3 into Tool #2, make sure Tool #3 on the left of Tool #2.
- Unpin Tool #3.
- Pin Tool #3.
- Undock Tool #3.
- Ctrl + Tab.
- Watch title when processing.
Initial Conditions:
Compile project at %EIFFEL_SRC%\examples\docking\docking_control
Expected result:
- Long titles are correctly displayed on tabs, title bars as well as in navigation dialog.

SD_CONTENT short_title is only suitable for short title
It's not proper to set a long title to SD_CONTENT.short_title at step 3. The design of SD_CONTENT.short_title is only suitable for short titles.
"short" is a relative
"short" is a relative adjective. Whether a title is short depends on the font, the size of the window/screen and solution of the screen. So it is hard to say a short_title is really short.
