Detecting focus_in_actions of SD_CONTENT

Test Plan:
Docking Test
Purpose:

Ensure focus_in_actions is called whenever a content is focused.

Test procedure:
  1. Run the project.
  2. Create one more editor and tool content via Control Panel.
  3. Dock/Undock/auto-hide randomly.
  4. Watch Attributes tab of Control Panel.
Initial Conditions:

Compile project at %EIFFEL_SRC%\examples\docking\docking_control

Expected result:
  • Title/description/detail on Attributes tab of Control Panel changes whenever a content is focused.
