Event and pick and drop handling source codes changes which make them platform independent.

Purpose:
To see if the implementation of PND really platform independent. Test if PND works as expected on all widgets and items.
Test procedure:
Run the testing project, pick on each of widgets/items on the UI. After a pick, drop it on any one of the widgets on the UI to finish a pnd process.
Initial Conditions:
See revision#67479. Show differences in SVN. We will found the major change is move feature `update_for_pick_and_drop' from XXX_IMP to XXX_I. Download attached testing project, compile it, run it.
Expected result:
When user pick on all kinds of EV_CONTAINERs and all kinds of EV_ITEMs showing on the testing project UI. The picking mode should started. If use drop it on any widgets/items on the UI. A information dialog will show. On the dialog, it will tell you where the pebble comes from.
